A LETTER FROM COEST
The Coest team joined forces because of a common determination that business must be a force for good. It was founded in Sweden by a group of business developers, company builders, investors, creatives and sustainability geeks who want to make sure the good guys win massively and have positive impact by operating in harmony with our planet and our society.
To tackle the biggest challenges of our time, we need long term thinking as well as short term action. It is not an easy and straight forward journey. It´s a quest we take together in order to unleash the human spirit and our full potential. It is time to fundamentally remake business and now unleash the generous and heroic spirit of business.
We believe that the secret sauce in transformation lies in the intersection and sweat spot between different ideas and capabilities. That is why Coest have created a unique hybrid across the fields of sustainability, leadership, brand, and business development; they all must work together to create transformation and extraordinary companies.
Transformation needs to happen on a systemic scale. This requires co-creation and collaboration within and beyond any one company. We have therefore created an epic ecosystem of business executives, experts, researchers, investors, creatives, artists etc. Together with this crew and the most ambitious in-house executives and teams, we compound insight and catalyze progress exponentially.
We only work with people and businesses that have truly committed to becoming positive forces in the business world. From early start-ups, to middle sized businesses ready to go big, all the way up to specific innovation teams with solid mandate to create change in the largest enterprises, even municipalities and cities. We maximize their potential and we call them our partners in quest. We look for systemic change and transformation and real (societal) value creation.

Collectively we are part of the movement that will drive the business world into the future; in a way that we can be deeply proud of.
By 2030 we will (perhaps as the first company in the world with this stupid or brilliant promise) close all of our offices for a year-long well-deserved break. This will happen just after a crazy week-long celebration with all the people and businesses that have been on this ride with us. There will be music, drinks, food, tears, laughs and lots of magical memories with great people. Together we proved multiple times that purpose is the reason for being and profit the fuel that enables us all to keep working on our purpose, to expand it, and to be the very best we can be. Until that day, we all have some work to do.
